Floridians for Patient Access

Help APA protect patient access to quality healthcare and physicians' right to collect a fair fee!

APA is actively fighting on behalf of personal injury victims and their physicians in Florida!  Florida House Bill 837 (HB 837) victimizes personal injury patients by limiting the number and quality of physicans and medical facilities willing to, and financially able to, provide care and treatment to these victims.  HB 837 infringes on physicians' independent practice of medicine and will stifle free market healthcare in Florida.

We need your help to fight HB 837!

  • Donate on this webpage - to fully combat HB 837 in a multi-pronged approach, we are looking to raise $1 million.  APA's strategy memo is available upon request to non-member donors or by logging-in to our Member Hub for APA Members.

  • Join APA as a full member

  • Sign-up to testify in Tallahassee at legislative hearings and meet with your legislators to tell them to vote NO HB 837

All donations received through this fundraiser will be used to directly pay for APA’s legislative initiatives in Florida – fighting on behalf of personal injury patients and their medical providers.

If you have any questions, please contact APA at jill@c2cpro.solutions.
